Success story

Read the feedback of the UN Coordination Group, who is responsible within the Swiss Federal Administration for the management of UN affairs such as the review of UN resolutions, declarations or reports of the UN General Secretary and has been using CONGENIUM FOUNDATION's solutions within the Swiss Federal Administration since 2005.

Swiss Federal Department of foreign Affairs - Political Affairs Division III: UN Coordination

"Before using CH@UN, the review of UN documents was often a time-consuming and sometimes an extremely complicated task for us. Above all, the consolidation of different comments to a coherent instruction was occasionally cumbersome. Thanks to CH@UN, all given comments are now assigned to the relevant paragraphs. As a result administration work could have been reduced significantly so that we now have more time left again dealing with the actual content of resolutions.

Since CH@UN also supports information gathering and screening respectively, all necessary information or documents are sent directly on our screens and we only have to approve or reject them. In addition, we don't have to worry about filing or archiving any more, because it is supported by the system too.

As a single point of access, CH@UN provides us with all required information about UN affairs; all essential documents are in direct access. If requested, we will be notified by e-mail alerts when pre-selected events have happened.

CH@UN has made the whole review process more transparent and accessible: everyone reviews the same document and can see each other's comments; new employees quickly become acquainted with their duties and knowledge transfer is made easy.

Last but not least, CH@UN enables us to work where ever we want. Because it is entirely web based, we can work for instance wirelessly at the UN headquarters, when we are on the go or at home.

All in all, CH@UN has taken the pain out of our review and authoring procedure and is an easy to use tool we don't want to miss any longer."
